Hi Kayla,

There are a number of tools for creating clickable prototypes from 
wireframes. The one I use, Axure RP

   http://www.axure.com/

makes it possible to create HTML prototypes with a good deal of 
interactivity, and the simulations can be quite convincing.

Most of the Axure prototypes I create are for remote usability tests 
that I moderate, but you could also use them for unmoderated testing.
