Bestica is seeking an exceptional Senior Manager, UI/UX Designer. This is an
opportunity to reinvent how people interact with printers, to build/lead a
global team, and to deliver a world class product that reaches over a

UI/UX Design is part of the Product Management Group within the Fiery

Division. This is a permanent position. Location is Foster City, California.


 

Position Responsibilities:

 

* Design and prototype advanced software UI/UX concepts 

* Facilitate design ideation, prototyping, and usability test efforts

* Employ strong visualization and interaction map approaches to explain new

concepts

* Collaborate with Software Developers, Product Managers, Product Marketing

Managers 

* Manage and Mentor UI/UX designers and consultants

 

Position Requirements:

 

* Minimum 5 years of interaction design or visual design for Software

Applications 

* Highly collaborative with excellent organizational skills, strong

communication and the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects

* Track record of being a strong project team leader and a go-to person

* Ability to ask appropriate questions, communicate effectively and

persuasively convey design solutions to a broad range of stakeholders

(Product Marketing, Product Managers, Software Developers, and others)

* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks; comfortable with tight
deadlines

* Proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Visio, InDesign 

* Clear, confident verbal and written presentation skills

* Ability to adapt quickly and amicably to changes in project scope
