  - a 7-session "User Experience Managers and Executives Speak" course 
(UCSC Silicon Valley Extension);

  - a 6-session "Managing User Experience Groups" course (UCSC Silicon 
Valley Extension);

  - single-session workshops/seminars of a related nature and with 
various titles, such as "Moving User Experience into a Position of 
Greater Corporate Influence" (via various venues).
