Volunteer Graphic Designer Needed for Podcast

BayCHI seeks a volunteer to create web graphics for our collaboration 
with the Conversations Network to publish the audio archive of BayCHI programs.

BayCHI will appear as a "series" on a new "CHI Conversations" channel 
on the Conversations Network.  You can see examples of a series 
("supernova") and channel ("ITConversations") here:

We'd like to use color scheme similar to that of www.baychi.org, but 
I don't know of anyone who really likes the relatively dark 
background and low-contrast text of our web site.  Feel free to 
improve on that, and we might even adopt your scheme for the main web site.

Here's what we need:

Channel Banner: 468x60.  GIF. Right-hand edge must be a solid color 
so that it blends into a variable-width rectangle. Must include tag 
line "A Conversations Network Channel."

Series Banner: Roughly 458x98.

Palette: Specify colors (in hex) for:
  - header background
  - footer background, text, hover
  - text color, hover
  - menu background, text, hover
  - "donate" button background, text, hover, hover background
  - homepage episode title background, text, hover
