I had lunch with him and Gary Nelson (I'm not SURE I'm remembering it
correctly) when I worked for a prior usability group at SAP.  We used his
services mainly for recruiting.  Bumps, but they tried hard to deliver what
we needed and they're really the only game in the area from what I could
tell.

I'm currently on a usability contract at Microsoft in Mountain View but
everything here is in-house.
