Visual Design Firms

Hi,

Does anyone know of Visual Design / Experience Design firms local to the Bay
Area? We are looking for a small boutique firm who can come -in and help us
with our Visual Design for a Next Generation suite of Desktop Applications
in the financial industry. We pretty much have our overall Navigation,
Interaction Design and information Architecture defined.

We would need the third party to define the overall look & Feel and create
style guides which would then be applied to all brand products. Preferably
small firms and we did like to keep away from the big fish like Razorfish,
Sapient etc.
