U asked/I deliver: re Closed Captioning - your chance to weigh in...

...well no, I don't have that much of an impact but I DID carry the
message (sent to me by a CHI member re concerns re closed captioning)
to the POTUS's advisory committee on such matters when I was in DC
last summer as a delegate to the National Council on Disability annual
conference. sent to me by a CHI member re concerns re closed captioning.

The conference notes are still not done but as soon as they are, I
will be putting together a report for the BayCHI community.
