[clug] Re Testing VICI

I would like to thank those that attended the meeting last night for
their attentiveness while I rambled on about testing VICI.

For those that expressed an interest in having a closer look at VICI you
can download it from the SourceForge site:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/ocratato-vici
or from its home page: https://ocratato-vici.sourceforge.io/

Please follow the build instructions in the README file in the
distribution, and have a look at the user guide for some guidance on
creating a script.
