I am in the Debian-RS list (although I am only a lurker these days).

I'd be pleased to attend this happy hour. I also agree Lima e Silva
street is probably the best place for it (Debian-RS first meetings were
there... so if would be kind of historic). Please inform me when you
have decided on a date / place.
