• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot a VMware View 4.x environments
• Diagnose technical and operational software problems on installed systems
• Plan and test new VMware releases and coordinate upgrade projects
• Provide technical expertise for projects, enhancements, upgrades and
maintenance to facilitate technology and business needs.
• Provides 2nd and 3rd level support to Helpdesk and other staff,
troubleshoots problems, answers hardware and software questions, and
provides technical assistance.
• Maintain technical content and review documentation.****

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ of related technical experience
• Working knowledge of storage infrastructure, including SAN and iSCSI.
• Experience working in large, distributed environment
• Ability to work constructively and cooperatively within the team and
across the organization
• Strong Technical troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
• Strong knowledge and experience with networking technologies, as well as
Microsoft Windows Active Directory, GPOs, and related enterprise systems.
• Experience with VMware products on HP Proliant and Blade infrastructure.
• Experience with 3par Storage
• Experience managing Linux (RHEL) on VMware
• Experience with Citrix XenApp products
• VMware Certifications (VCP / VCAP)****
