RE: Mailing list suggestion

Google Groups can be used as a standard mailing list if that's your
preferred delivery/receive method.  There's no loss there.  There are many
LUG's using GG, none in Florida however.

I think its a good idea to keep the list as its the standard for most LUG's.
Having said that I wouldn't mind if we used something else, just would
prefer a mailing list. If the LUG weren't a mailing list when I first came
to Jax, I may not have bothered joining as dead LUGs are typical so I
wouldn't have put much more effort in than sending a subscribe email.
