I would like to second Mike's recommendation. Many banks will offer CC processing for business customers, and your volume is big enough where this may be interesting. I have done it with Bank of America a few years ago, and PHP code for integration was available. I have also used Authorize.Net and the integration with either one was similar (send some XML with CC data to their web service, get the confirmation information back...) . Either can do subscriptions and such so you don't need to keep the CC number around and keep PCI pretty straight forward. In either system, I wasn't really involved with the decision to pick either Bank of America or Authorize.Net.
