The Pi USB ports are USB 2, so you're going to see 480 MBit throughput AT
MOST (in other words, your performance will be PANTS, even with just one
USB NIC, plus you'll need a powered USB hub, which will add to the cost).
The only thing I've found about any BSD running on the Pi is FreeBSD, and
no updates since June:
