Possible opportunity

I know a local entrepreneur wanna-be who thinks that he can achieve fame
and fortune setting up some sort of social networking system targeted at
YA/college people. He's had a couple of ideas that have promise.

I've come to the conclusion that I'm not the best person to help realize
them, though. What he needs at the moment is someone who can take rather
vague ideas and render them quickly into prototypes. Basically we're
talking php/python/ruby-type quick-and-dirty (actual platform is
unimportant). I'm better at the industrial-grade high-security,
high-performance stuff and that just gets in the way at this stage.

This isn't a full-time job or even a job as such, but someone who's
willing to put a little effort into a highly-speculative effort might
