printernya apa? sebelumnya via test print bisa ngeperint nda?

pakai cups?

kalo pake cups coba cek juga di /var/log/cups/error_log

disana biasanya lengkap pesan errornya. kalo pesan errornya kurang 
detail cek configurasi cupsnya, lihat di /etc/cups/cupsd.conf

edit di bagian baris LogLevel dan ubah menjadi:
LogLevel debug2


restart cups, dan lakukan printing yang error tadi. lihat error_log, 
kalo ada mencurigakan paste aja disini. biar ntar ditelusuri.. :D

kalo liat dari errornya sih kemungkinan trobel saat cups jalanin 
command filter buat printer yang diset :D
