Senior Development Manager/Director

Lead embedded software development.  This includes architect review, code
review, and build solid software development process. Co-ordinate with
product management and support team in both China and US.

Requirements:
    Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
    8+ years of related experience in Linux related product development role
    4+ year of management position
    Thorough understanding of development cycle in software development in
CMM4 company
    Strong experience in Linux OS kernel
    Familiar with remote desktop environment such as RDP, ICA, or tarantella

    Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
    Good communications skills, both verbal and written
    Good interpersonal skills;
    Must have oversea working experience.

Linux Software Architect Software (Embedded System based on X86)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead embedded Linux software development. Be the leading technical expert in
the team. Responsible for software architecture with specification design,
implementation, integration, support, and debugging of various Linux
application components, ranging from embedded device drivers, board support
packages, GUI, X Window, startup script for X86 based thin clients. Drive
code-review for development. Effective communication with product manager,
development, QA, support members and other groups include team members
outside China. Self-motivated and take full responsibility for deliverables

REQUIREMENTS
    BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
    7+ years of experience in Linux/Unix software development
    In-depth understanding of hardware/software interactions, operation
system and system management
    Experienced in the development and integration of complicated hardware
and software systems
    Understanding of procedures to build and modify the Linux
    Experience on device driver development on Linux
    Knowledge and experience of debugging complicated bugs on Linux
platforms
    Proven ability to share knowledge with more junior team members via a
