I should clarify that statement..  ;-)

We use Red Hat and E-Smith at the backend and the tech staff are being
taught how to use them/administer them by myself.

Mandrake is used by some of the tech support staff as a desktop.

So far for the uses we have, server - e-smith is great.  Desktop,
mandrake is great.  The noobies love it!
