RE: [OT] Dalian ISPs?

I guess what you should do is take both set of traces and tell them that
there is clearly something wrong at your ISP. If you  have bought an ADSL
service look into whether you were given any form of SLA. Chances are you
were not. Dont use their hot line, you can try but they dont really give who
is on the other line.

Have both these trace routes given to them and ask them for an explanation.
If your ISP is in your vicinity, just walk into the building and talk to
their customer services manager and stay their until the problem is either
solved or you have been given a rational reason.

I would really do that if I were getting service like that!
