Linux is generally week in business related stuff, but there is some that 
can be adapted for use.
What do you mean by store keeping - retail or warehousing?

There is a reasonable retail pack available from Canada - Quantum - 
www.linuxcanada.com

It may not be too difficult to change to Chinese - I have not looked at 
that aspect of it.  It is not totally free either, but I have played with 
it and it seems to be very good.
If it does not have to extend to accounting, some of the PHP based stuff 
(LAMP) can be converted across, if it has not already been done.
There is also the latest version of gnucash which has some business potential.

I presume that you have checked out www.freshmeat.net and www.sourceforge.net ?
