Hi! Just to reply to your question about SIP, yes SIP works with dynamic IP since the IP is the REGISTER message (registration to SIP server) and SIP routing is using the IP protocol. There are even implementation of SIP behind NAT and firewalls, made possible to drafts like TURN or SPAN.
