Web hosting in China

Hi All,

I am looking for a web host for a small, non-profit project I am working on.
I was thinking of having it hosted in China but don't really know who is
good and who is not in the world of Chinese web hosting companies.  I would
be grateful for any suggestions/recommendations.

Needs: linux/BSD host, PHP, Mysql, phpmyadmin, POP3, nice admin interface,
good customer support
