Re: [OT] Dalian ISPs?

Spent an hour and half sitting with CNC in downtown Dalian yesterday.

Best i could do was repeat the tracert on their equipment in their office
(70 ms to Dalian sites).  Asked them to try it from Beijing.  We cut and
paste and they promised to show the results to network engineer.

They did say that in the last 10 days the overall network has been very
slow.  But no explanation and no comment on when it will be fixed. Am I the
only one complaining?
