I usually run it deskbound so I can go full-screen in an external 19" monitor. I'm currently evaluating office apps, starting with AbiWord, Evolution, and Gnumeric. I'm a little disappointed that I can't simply drag and drop files from the OSX desktop into the Ubuntu Window, but I'm sure it's something I'm not doing right.
