Hi: Does anyone have information/contacts with ISPs in Dalian? Our school is using China Telecom (aka CNC) ADSL with abysmal performance when going overseas. Inside China is fine. China Telecom claims the problem is link from Beijing to overseas. I doubt it. I had no problem when I was in Beijing.
