They normally have Windows versions too but they cost more, so are usually not purchased. MS initially wouldn't offer a discount on their OS + Office until they realized that Thailand sold over a 100,000 PCs with no Windows on them. Then they started offering some really nice discounts. Besides the crippling of WinXP features, these versions are also localized to only Thai and Malay. I'm guessing they're offering it in Indonesia as well because the Malaysian and Indonesian languages are very close so it was a simple matter to localize for both. Tough for English native speakers to use them cause the menus are all in a foreign language. Can't imagine the 3 programs only limitation though. With craploads of spyware running, you'll hit that limit very quickly. The version they announced in Msia a couple of months ago did not have that limitation.
