Ask Colin Charles at the next BLUG meeting :). As far as I know though, Fedora Core doesn't have official box sets. They're a community organization, like Debian. They don't sell their CDs for profit like RH. Because they're open sourced, anyone can make box sets of their CDs but I'm Nnt sure if they can use Fedora logos. I'm pretty sure the RH logos shouldn't be on a FC3 box.
