OSDN also opened up labs here recently. They are more in line with the advocacy role. Though Red Hat is also big in this role. I have been trying with Red Hat for a while to get some work done and the last we had spoken with them - they had frozen all (in this case education) practices due to the ad-hoc and poor management/implementation of their products/services here with local partners. it is a shame because some of us are sitting on alto of contracts - both real and potential and the lack of support and ability to sell/deal and provide some of the best Linux enterprise solutions is a real pain.
