REQUIREMENTS


*	
Creative and Analytical -- You must a great problem solver, with the ability to dive deeply into complex problems and emerge with clear and pragmatic solutions. 

*	
Passion for Open Source and Software Development -- You must have a passion for open source technologies, and preferably prior knowledge of Zope, Plone, Python, and Linux. Knowledge of development methodologies such as Scrum and Extreme Programming is a plus. 

*	
Ability to Learn in English -- You must have good enough English reading/writing to able to study new technologies in English quickly, and preferably a good base for improving your spoken English.

*	
Strong Understanding of Web Technologies – Must at least know HTML. Knowledge of CSS, Javascript, dHTML, network protocols such as HTTP, TCP/IP, DNS and others would be a strong advantage.

Willingness and desire to learn -- Technology is constantly changing. You must be willing and flexible enough to quickly learn new languages, technologies and ways of doing things.

Love for programming -- You must enjoy programming and the art of instructing a computer to solve problems, from simple display issues using HTML to complex database queries. Ability to program in one computer language (any) is a plus.

Creative and Analytical -- You must a great problem solver, with the ability to dive deeply into complex problems and emerge with elegant solutions.

Passion for Open Source and Software Development -- You must have a passion for open source technologies, and preferably prior knowledge of scripting languages like Python and Perl.
