GPRS and pre payed SIM Cards

Dear Penguins, After 3 months in Italy finally I'm back to China, and I'm moving from Beijing to Hangzhou. Up to now I used GPRS with a China Mobile Monthly Billed account, now I'm moving and I will cancel this account. My Question is if it is possible to use GPRS service with a Pre Payed SIM card? in this case i will not activate another billed account in Hangzhou. Thanks Matteo P.S.
