JOB TITLE:                               Linux Engineering Manager

 

LOCATION:                              Beijing

 

COMPANY:                              A leading global semiconductor company 

 

MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

 

1.         World wide Linux development to support business groups¡¯ product develop

2.         Lead, direct and manage the Linux organizations in China, Europe and America, with total 30 ¨C 40 staff

3.         Responsible for the quality of the Linux products

4.         Responsible for developing a long term strategy for embedded Linux systems

5.         Responsible for developing and executing the tactical plan to implement the strategy.

 

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL

 

1.         Demonstrated experience in multiprocessor Unix/Linux operating systems and Operating System Architect

2.         Ability to lead people to execute a strategic plan

3.         Customer relationship and presentation skills

4.         Minimum 10 years management experience, at least 5 years directing through a management team
