www.online.net doesn't do this. They don't provide smtp service, and I
don't think you need according to your question.
The problem is that they are in France, and sometimes, their pop or imap
is not reachable. Rarely both at the same time.
If it fails, it is by socket error. And you have to wait that the
weather on the net in China is better. No forecast for this.
