Domain registration and Web Hosting China

For a new site I need .com.cn and .com domains. Also I am looking for 
web hosting with server located in China (learned something from this 
forum!).

Will require mysql database and php as well as some email addresses. If 
possible a reliable provider with much of storage and traffic thrown in 
(wont everybody have.....).

Any advice on providers or tips what to look out for?
