Embedded System Development Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES
Hands-on manage the software development activities as a part of the
global team
Ensure the timely delivery of product releases with quality and
efficiency
Coordinate the engineering bandwidth with risk and time management
Effectively delegate the development tasks to development engineers
Communicate with development teams worldwide to sync up the effort and
effect
Work with QA team to ensure world-class quality
Enforce enterprise software development process in the local development
team
Review technical documents and coding for accuracy and consistency
Performance review and management

REQUIREMENTS
BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
5+ years of experience in C/C++ software development
2+ years of experience in software development management preferred
Hands-on experience on resolving complicated technical issues
Creative thinker for feature implementation and trouble-shooting
techniques
Capability to lead by example and improve teamwork
In-depth understanding of Linux/FreeBSD kernel, networking and device
drivers
Proficient programming experience with C and script languages
Good working knowledge of source code version control system
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong commitment to quality with can-do attitude
Self-motivated and take full responsibility for deliverables
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
Knowledge in network-centric computing is a big plus
