Yes, but original question was about 'foo.中国' and 'bar.公司' domains. I
can not try it because I do not know IP of DNS servers with these
domains. Or 'foo.中国' is equivalent for 'foo.cn'?

Who knows name and URL of the standard of encoding national language
characters in DNS requests?
