IPV6 and Open Source in China

Hey all,

I am a bit of a lurker on this list, as I'm only coming back to China next
year. I did have a quick question that I would love to get some feedback on.
Can anyone give me a bit of an idea of where Open Source is at in China,
policy-wise and implementation-wise? I know the banks are all shifting,
which makes sense when you are the worlds fastest growing economy, but
beyond that I'm not sure.

Also, anyone know about the uptake of IPV6 in China?

Many thanks and I look forward to visiting Beijing LUG next year :) I'll be
coming back for 12-18 months with my husband, so we'll definitely be coming
along to meetings and such then :)
