Re: Why Steak and eggs?

The 5 yuan surcharge is a fact of life for BeiMac too (for orders  
under around CNY 20). That's a lot better than the other places we've  
tried, though, where we had to pay for using the spot, too.

As for the "yelling boss story": I stay away from commenting on the  
biz practises of other people (and yes, I am Swiss, making me rather  
"neutral" in this issue.) But here's my 2 rappen for what it's worth:  
they're yelling at people because they're locked in the quest for  
perfection.

Which, you know, ain't all that bad...
