My mistake.  I should have at least paraphrased the initial linked
article - as it is quite long and digestion a little time consuming.\

Semantics are as much an issue as syntax and I have failed in the
former.

Just a clarification for anyone else who also may not have RTFA, I do
LOVE China.  I am here by choice, not by circumstance.  My apologies to
anyone who may have got the wrong impression!
