web hosting provider

Dear Penguins,

I'm looking for a professional web hosting provider, actually I'm using 
for a couple of small website a virtual host in Italy, but now I have a 
big project and I'm looking for something very reliable in China.

Basically should be a linux server with php and mysql, mailman for 
newsletter/mailinglist, Pop and SMTP for email accounts.  I'm 
evaluating or a virtual host or a dedicated server, I will propose both 
to my client and I will let him decide according to his budget.

Do you suggest any provider?
