I strongly suggest we institute these netiquette rules or we're going to lose our Linux subscribers and attract totally different kind of subscribers: 1) No flame wars on the list Take flammable discussions off the list and post a message saying "discussion taken off the list" if you like. Otherwise we'll all try to "get the last word in" and the discussion will never end; there's honor in respecting the readers and in moving such discussions off the list. Repliers should also respect this; post "flammable" replies to the person(s) directly. 2) Try to keep posts related to Linux This is a special interest group with a particular focus. (Make a community on Orkut or somewhere for other stuff.)
