Go Sun System Software!!! However not to piss on the bonfire I've recently had 
plenty of (costly) experience with the Chinese government doing 2 of the 
things its best at which are:

1. Ignoring the rules and laws they've made.
2. When they can't ignore the rules and laws they tear them up and start 
again.

Don't be surprised if this gets watered down.

Nice to dream about though. Bet we'd get an excellent chinese input method in 
next to no time.
