http://www.dshield.org/ This is useful. I just detected an agency's DNS server is hacked (very common these days) using this site. Also apologize to Ola for my explanation about how the changes of domain name take effect. TTL is only for packet but not for domain resolving. I was a bit confused but searched in google today and helped me refreshed my knowledge about DNS services Actually I think Ola was talking about dynamic DNS services. With a dynamic DNS client, user could run services (like www) that requires static IP address with dynamic IP addresses (obtained by DHCP). Quite few ISPs on internet are offering this service, but I had never heard one in China. Anyone knows about it?
