Re: [ot] chinese web pages encoding

According to my understanding of this, Matteo want to publish some web pages
with Chinese characters and want them to be displayed correctly in the browsers
of Chinese users, right? So my suggestion is to set the charset to gb2312 in
the web pages. Otherwise users may encounter chaos of chars.

I tried a file with UTF-8 encoding and opened it in my browser, plz see the
attachment for result. I have to set the charset to gb2312 by hand in my
browser to see the correct page.
