Good Afternoon all!

I don't want to get into the details of this guys tenuous links between
Linux and politics and what his real agenda may well be.....

</End politics  :-) >

However his views echo mine to a degree before about not being "pure
play" and really trying to find ways to expand our visions and
opportunities (within the scope of our capacity) to "take on
responsibility" for ourselves.

Granted as Simon mentioned before some people just want to keep things
simple and take it easy. But for those that do want to (or have time
to) take on other activities like the Orphanage, there is much
opportunity for us to contribute back or nurture something of value
towards to wider Linux and technology using community.

Maybe one day if Michael gets annoyed enough at the business practices
of Nestle powdered infant milk division in developing Africa he might
resign from the Beijing LUG presidency!

(Note - the previous comment was an ironic political and topical JOKE,
intended to highlight hypocrisy, provide humour and give context to my
ill conceived post. If you are offended, I don't really care, but feel
free to debate it with me in private or over a beer. ;-) )

RF.
