I'm starting the localization in Chinese of Spaghettilearning, it's a 
e-learning CMS PHP/mySQL based that use a language localization system 
similar to PHPNUKE with the language files separated.

If there is any penguin with good Chinese skill interested in this 
project we can work on it toghether, we will get credit in the 
developers list.

It's an open source project so everybody can contribute, than if you 
want to use it for your own business...... there are great 
opportunities for e-learning in China.
