Awful kludge removed from Conspire and SF-LUG lists

Since AFAIK the extreme badness observed on Skeptic appeared to be
generated by "bounces" of Paul W. Harrison's postings from co.site to
Skeptic -- and since Paul isn't on any other linuxmafia.com mailing
list, I have reverted the dismal "anonymous_list" kludge on the Conspire
and SF-LUG mailing lists.

I'll watch for suddenly rising bounce scores.

Michael Paoli feels that upgrading linuxmafia.com's Mailman to v.
2.1.30, or some other recent version furnishing proper DMARC mitigation,
won't be very difficult, so that'll be the next thing.
