Owing to more conflicting events, it seems best to move the October
CABAL from regular date Saturday, Oct. 12th (2nd Saturday) to Saturday,
Oct. 5th (_1st_ Saturday).

And, having made _that_ change, it seems kind of silly to also have an
end-of-September meeting on a Sunday, so CABAL is hereby cancelled for
Sunday, Sept. 29.  (Web site is getting updated, now.)
