Have to say, the phenomenon of the FAA and Boeing just blowing off or slow-walking urgent advisories from NTSB has happened over and over, for the entire operational history of NTSB. So, great, catastrophic, airframe-destroying jamming sideways of rudders during flight. Caused by parts the domestic airline (United) didn't order and doesn't know is there. And at least 40 overseas airlines have the full risk on probably at least 300 airframes and know nothing about it. Fabulous. Spiffy.
