Yeah ... I did find that site.
But was really looking not for "dumb password rules" - those are all
over the place.
I was looking for fundamentally broken - site for naming and shaming there.
E.g. accepts a password to register, then won't authenticate with same password.
Or silently truncates.
Or has some (dumb) password rules, but can't at all be bothered to
state them ...
not before, nor even after, entering password, but just fails, without
giving reason, etc.
