The US was Democracy 1.0 [1]. You Canadians had the opportunity to
observe the good and bad about Democracy 1.0 and solve some of the 1.0
ills in your Democracy 2.0.

The preceding code will cause an infinite loop then fail unless you
first run a similar program on the Supreme Court.
