Re: dual booting for security

CentOS is about as solid as you are going to find.  I personally tend
towards the Debian and Ubuntu camp (long term apt/deb fan), but if I was
put in the same situation, I would recommend CentOS (or the commercial RHEL
if there is a budget) even over Windows.

Another option is to run a Windows VM where he does all his browsing.
